About these terms
This website is operated by MeetWise. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Supply of MeetWise software, hardware, subscriptions and support is governed by a separate written agreement with the relevant distributor. Where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.
Using the site
We provide this site free of charge, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is stored on, or any connected server, computer or database.
- Submit false information through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Systematically extract content from the site to build a collection, database or directory without our written consent.
Intellectual property
We own or license all intellectual property rights in this site and in the material published on it, including the MeetWise name, logo, product imagery, screenshots and copy. Those works are protected by copyright and trade mark laws.
You may print one copy and download extracts of any page for your own reference, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content on the site. You must not modify the materials, use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from the accompanying text, or use any part of the content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
Third-party names and logos referenced on this site — including Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Outlook, Google, Google Workspace and UAE Pass — are the trade marks of their respective owners. Their use here is for identification only and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Product information and pricing
Product descriptions, specifications and prices on this site are provided for general information and are not an offer to sell. Prices are indicative, are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes, duties, shipping and installation, and may change without notice. Volume and reseller discounts are subject to agreement.
Hardware specifications may vary between production batches. A binding quotation will always be issued by the relevant distributor before any order is placed.
No reliance on information
Content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the site up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current.
Links to other sites
Where the site contains links to third-party websites and resources, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over their contents and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any content on it.
Viruses
We do not guarantee that this site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and using your own virus protection software.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Check it from time to time; the date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
