Customise your display, adjust the layouts presented and take advantage of external resources to achieve the exact look and feel you desire.
We start with your brand guidelines and the way your people actually move through the building. Room-display layouts, colour states, typography and iconography are all adjustable, so an available room reads as available at a glance from across a corridor. We prototype each screen against real room names, real meeting titles and real languages — including Arabic and right-to-left layouts — then hand over a design system your team can extend without redrawing it from scratch.

Not every workplace fits a standard product. Our developers extend MeetWise against your systems: bespoke booking rules, approval workflows, access-control and turnstile integrations, HR or directory synchronisation, and custom endpoints via our API and SDK. Work is scoped, quoted and delivered as versioned releases, so an upgrade never overwrites the behaviour you paid for. Where an integration proves broadly useful, we fold it back into the core product.

Rolling out hundreds of panels across multiple sites is a logistics problem as much as a software one. We stage and pre-configure hardware before it ships, so a panel arrives already enrolled, branded and pointed at the right room. On-site installation, PoE and network validation, pilot floors and phased cut-over are planned with your facilities and IT teams. Volume and reseller pricing applies, and our distributors hold stock in both Europe and the Middle East.

Booking data alone tells you a room was reserved, not that anyone turned up. We combine MeetWise check-in data with occupancy sensors, people counters and room-management devices to show genuine utilisation: no-show rates, rooms consistently too large for the meetings held in them, and peak-hour contention by floor. Reports can be scheduled to stakeholders or fed into your own BI tooling, and the underlying data stays in the region you host in.
